DESIGN CONCEPT
We will develop a thorough understanding of your ambitions and requirements. We will meet with you to review preliminary design concept ideas and develop the foundation for a formal interior design concept.
INTERIOR DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Based on the project requirements, initial design study conclusions, a comprehensive design concept shall be prepared. We will prepare sketches, images to illustrate the schematic development of preferred approach.
PACKAGE ISSUE FOR REVIEW
We will Issue review drawings set and finalize specifications, finishes, in keeping with the design concept and project budget approved by client and teams.
CONSTRUCTION AND DOCUMENTATION
We draw as much detail as necessary to communicate the design intent to your contractor and builder and prepare comprehensive specification package.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
We will review shop drawings and sample submittals to ensure the design integrity and quality are maintained, attend consultant/site meetings to ensure timely and appropriate communication between team members in dealing with site issue.
